meine Ausgangswerte aus der Leitung sind pH 8, KH 5 und GH 8.

Osmosewasser: pH 6, KH und GH 0.

Ich mische mindestens 2/3 Osmosewasser beim Wasserwechsel je nach Becken.

Werte im Becken: pH im niedrigsten Fall 6,5, meistens eher 7; KH und GH fast 0

Ich verwende außerdem reichliche Mengen an Naturtorf aus dem Baumarkt (große 80 l - Säcke für Garten).

Ich versuche meinen pH so in Richtung 6 zu bekommen !

ist das der Natur Torf aus den großen Säcken der für Rhododendronbeete usw. gedacht ist? Wenn ja solltest du immer vorher testen, ob er nicht selber belastet ist, evtl. sogar mit irgendwelchen Pflanzenschutzmitteln. Ich würde auf Nummer Sicher gehen und das Torfgranulat verwenden, auch wenn es teurer ist, oder Fasertorf vom Aquaristikhändler.

welche Werte genau möchtest du noch ändern? Durch die Osmoseanlage müsste der PH Wert doch nun Nähe neutral sein? Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, war dein PH 8,5 vor der Anlage!?

ich versuche L-Welse zu züchten und habe leider nicht das optimale Wasser dafür, d.h. ich muss einige Werte verändern.

Mit was kann ich den PH-Wert besser beeinflussen, mit Natur-Torf aus dem Baumarkt oder mit Torf-Granulat aus dem Zoofachhandel ?

Ich habe zur Zeit größere Mengen Naturtorf in Säcken in meinen Becken hängen, habe aber noch nicht die Werte erzielt die ich gerne hätte.

Wäre da Torf-Granulat besser ?
